Make an animal line

An animal pack is one JSON file: an egg, a hatchling, a child and three adults (great, decent and neglected care), plus a few personality numbers. Start from a copy of an existing pack, or run python packtool.py new my-critter from the pack tool. Packs are reviewed before they reach anyone's device.
